HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS???????
I cannot begin to list how dishonest this place is. They told me they'd order my dress but after putting me off and putting me off , they gave me the store sample which was the wrong size and had beads missing and tears in it. By the way, I was the mother of the bride.
They ordered my mother's dress--the grandmother of the bride--in a size 16 and it was supposed to be an 8. Of course, it came in late so the alterations were over-priced and half assed.
My sister's dress didn't come in at all so a week before the wedding we were running around looking for a dress for her-----
What bugs me the most is how they lie. They will tell you anything just to shut you up.
Horrible, horrible , horrible people. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??????

WARNING do not spend your money here!
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here. I am a size 6 and they ordered me a size 16! When I complained and told them to fix it, they said they would and everything would fit perfectly. It took them one month later to "fix" and they didn't end up fixing anything. When I told them to fix it free of charge they wouldn't do it and they said "people make mistakes, it happens" wtf?!?!? Nor would they give back any of my money. I had to take it elsewhere and even the other alteration place couldn't fix it completely because they said they should have made a dress from scratch. Hard to alter 10 sizes too big...DONT EVER spend your money here. Lina the manager is pathetic and doesn't know anything about customer service. This company shouldn't be in business! Waste of $300.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my mother of the bride dress from here. I ordered my dress in early Feb for a July wedding. It is July 1st in 2 days and still no dress. I was guaranteed in writing that I would not pay extra for alterations and sure enough I was charged. My daughter ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses as well. The wedding is in 2 weeks and no bridesmaid dresses yet.
Horrible beyond belief when it comes to customer service.
Pleasevread the above reviews, do not buy from here, do not recommend to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service and No Dress Arrived
Order a dress in November for my daugther's wedding, wedding is in 12 days and the dress still has not arrived.

Customer service with Lena has been horrible. Keep being told that the dress is coming but to this date, nothing has come in. Multiple calls result in zero action from the store.

This is very stressful and now I'm worried about having to find a new dress.

Avoid this place if you can. I refuse to shop here every again and will pass on this infromation too everyone thta I know.

ZERO STARS
Do not ever go here. I purchased my dress in March and was promised it to be available at the end of the month. It is now the end of May. They called me and told me it was ready, I came to pick it up and they gave me the wrong dress! They then said that the dress would be ready the following day, we made an appointment for 2 weeks after. Then a day before the appointment they told me to reschedule because the dress is STILL not available. Awful service.

Worst experience ever
i have been doing customer service for close to 27 years and i have never been treated this way. Always lies and excuses. Imagine they treat me this way and i have a lifetime of dealing with difficult situations related tp customer service. i can't even imagine how they would treat a 17 old girl just starting out. This kid is 3 days away and still getting screwed around! Finally after 6 phone calls that I had to make -all just in 1 day - we HOPE to pick it up tonight. That's OK -in this day and age I find it incredible that companies continue to NOT care about the customer experience. Imagine how fast this kind of customer service experience spreads through a community of people. Just my Facebook account alone has 250 people -imagine twitter and all the social media. Trust me I will never recommend anyone to this company. A father should not have to see his 17 daughter reduced to tears because of company with the lack of integrity that i have seen in this company. This is a once in a lifetime day for her and they have turned it into a shamble with lies and broken promises! Worst experience I have ever seen.

WORST DRESS STORE EVER
Purchased an $800 prom dress from the store and was assured no one from the same school would be able to purchase the dress, only to find out a few weeks later someone bought the same dress in the same colour from the same school. The sales staff are rude, old, bitchy and annoying and only care to make sales. The service is horrible and the sales staff is honestly ridiculous. They lack problem solving skills. I highly recommend that no one buys anything from this store.

AVOID PROM DRESS SHOPPING HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT SEVERE STRESS!!!!!!

Royal bridal pulled through for me.
My experience was very delightful, I can only give you an honest review .
I purchased my gown (mother of the groom )
I felt like a queen and loved my dress .The ladies were great, very good with me. Although I had my sales lady Teresa helping me they all came in and were giving me ideas because , I was having difficulty finding the perfect dress ,and I found it there ....I'm happy to tell you that I was back yesterday, and pleased to say that I purchased my second gown for my daughters wedding. This time the entire staff came out and greeted me , and they were all helping me to find a dress as perfect as my first one .The were all helping me out ,we had a good laugh, and made my experience a wonderful one. Thanks Grace. You really are a sweetheart, Teresa, Lina, Claudia thanks for your patience.

NEVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- SHAME ON YOU ROYAL BRIDAL ..Appreciate your customers & their time !!
THEY DESERVE A BIG FAT ZERO AS A REVIEW!! I ordered 8 bombonieri...8 only..and they STILL COULDNT have the order ready !! yes, I went 2 weeks before my event..but knowing that I didnt have a lot to buy, I wasnt so worried..BIG BIG MISTAKE...these people can't even handle an order of 8 !! They were to be picked up today (Jan 29) as the event is Feb 5th...I called yesterday..and Maria was very condesending...no signora, dont worry, they will be in, I can assure you that. Sure enough...I get the dreaded call today, sorry signora, the supplier is out for a show, and won't be back until Monday...we wont have your 8 bombonieri until Monday ..I am upset at the fact that I have to pick them up Monday..as I have to go on my lunch hour..but I am more upset at the fact that I didn't take into consideration the POOR REVIEW ratings and STILL gave them my business. Shame on me for thinking that my order or experience would be different....PLEASE BEWARE-- IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET JERKED AROUND and have an TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON...YOU CERTAINLY WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH...AND IN THE END....THE EXPERIENCE WILL JUST LEAVE A TERRIBLE TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH...

ugh
Ordered my shower bombonniere and was told that I needed a final # 2 weeks in advance. Fair enough. I called 3 weeks in advance to be courteous and to give them plenty of time. Was told my order had already been placed and it was too late to change it. I wouldn't have enough for my shower. Went to Prince bombonniere on hwy 7 and they were able to order the same ones for less. Needless to say I've never been back to royalton.

SHOULD BE FINED!!!
BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER. ORDERED A DRESS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 10TH (EVENT DECEMBER 18TH) ORDERED IT 5 WEEKS PRIOR. CALLED EVERY OTHER DAY TO ENSURE ON TIME ARIVAL.. WAS LIED TO, CALLED ANNOYING AND WAS TOLD OFF..WENT IN DAY OF 16TH AND HADNT ARRIVED. DEPOSIT NEVER PAID BACK, HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE OF DRESS OR I WOULD LOSE THE $500 DEPOSIT. WORSE BUSINESS EVER EXISTED!

Dresses for wedding
I give them a big fat 0 you do not want to buy anything from them we had a mess of dresses on my daughters wedding day I can,t even tell you all the dresses were a mess one sister couldn't,t even get a chance to wear her dress that evening one hour befor church my zipper breaks the evening dress was not altar at all a mess too so please stay away.

Poor Service - Horrible Alterations
Extremely disappointed in the quality of our service. Very poor customer service when we complained about the alterations made. Poorly done, they'd ruined some of the bead work and seemed to not notice that they were falling off. The bustle was absolutely atrocious to which they told us no one had ever complained before. Off white dress with a huge yellowish tinged button was extremely unflattering but at least they were able to fix this, begrudgingly. They did not take in the correct amount when they altered the dress and instead blamed the bride for 'losing weight'. Weight was actually gained!!
Overall, we just took the dress to get out of there and not have the pushy salespeople try to blame us for their mistakes. Disappointing experience.

HORID BUSINESS
If I could give a review of lower than one star I would. Everything that possibly could have gone wrong with my dress did and they tried blaming everything on me! They would not give me my money back even though they did not follow through with the expectations whatsoever and they were downright rude!! If you're looking at this review prior to visiting STAY AWAY!!!!!! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!
I have had nothing but problems with this store from the time we ordered my daughter's prom dress. They gave me a date that the dress would be in on and it never came. I had to call the store countless times because every time they said they would call me back they never did. They would put me on hold until I demanded to speak to someone who could help me. When the dress finally came in (3 days before her prom) my daughters went to pick it up and they gave her "a deal" on alterations and said that for $50 they would hem the dress and have it done in an hour. She went back almost 3 hours later and it still wasn't done. When she told them to forget about the alterations and to just give her the dress as is they refused to give it to her. I had to call the store and demand that they give her the dress that she has paid for and refund her the money she had spent to have it altered. They treated my daughters with disrespect and I assume thought that because they were just "kids" that they could get away with it.
I can't believe that this kind of customer service exists. I highly recommend that everyone avoid shopping at this store. I am disgusted with it. Worst yet I can't even write this comment without giving them one star which believe me they don't deserve. Worst yet they weren't even sorry for any of the inconvenience that they caused. Horrible, horrible store. DON'T SHOP THERE !!!!!!

I looked beautiful
Don't always listen to what you read online. People who have a great expierence never take the time to write something nice. Well here it is, I had doubts myself yes (after reading endless nasty reviews) but I looked stunning on my wedding day and that's all thanks to royalton bridal. Everyone could not stop admiring my dress. It was the most beautiful dress I ever seen and it was the only wedding dress I actually tried on. I knew exactly what I was looking for and royalton had it. I was the happiest girl in the world. The whole process went smooth and the staff were very polite and friendly through my whole expierence. Take a look for yourself here is my wedding dress from royalton. As well as veil and all alterations and additional bead work.
