An awful company!
This company hired me, even though their ad said no layoffs. And then told me two weeks after training there was no work. Jim was the asshole. Get your water from a company that treats people with dignity since this company should not be in business. Then he has the nerve to call and say if I want to work here I will remove this review. Wow! All of this after he layed me off.
An experienced DZ driver with over 13 years experience. There are other quality water companies out there, that treat employees well that deserve your business. Not to mention the $1500 sign on bonus the company now does not have to pay me.

I was honestly on the side of appreciating doing business with what I thought was this really friendly spring water company for many years. I truly felt as though these were good people. I truly felt like this company cares about your business with them, and they will totally take care of you with kind customer service.
OK so I was completely wrong. This company is garbage. Very cheap. Run by rude people that are dull minded. Bumps on logs! No personality no pizzazz and no true care.
I signed up with them in 2009 and when I moved out of town for a few years I discontinued with them for about three years. I then signed back up. Or basically simply reactivated my account. Well something like that I might not be completely accurate.
All in all I have been with them for about nine years total. Last winter, I was a little irritated by the fact that we got our typical delivery of three bottles put on our back porch. They cracked because of the cold weather....completely leaked water gone! That is no way their responsibility and I fully understand that. However there is such a thing called customer loyalty appreciation, and doing little things to help out when required. So I called in disclosing my displeasure of having just bought three bottles, getting a delivery. and they're all broken from the cold weather. I don't even know what I was looking for in terms of compensation. I just wanted to vent. They proceeded to tell me with a very rude attitude that my cracked bottles are not their problem. I then told them I have been a member of their service since 2009 taking a few years off in the middle. The lady on the phone actually debated this with me telling me my sign up time was much later showing no record of the fact that I started in 2009. And then put me on a very long hold, then came back and told me the only thing they can do for me is give me $10 off my next order. She told me this in a very rude way.
A couple of days ago I got a voicemail from this company reminding me to place my order for my next bottles and how my order pattern is not the same as it has been previously... like a courteous reminder to place my order like we used to... I lost it and I called them and basically gave the customer service lady a piece of my mind about this company and how horrible they are. I then get a phone call back from some dull minded Jack hole, telling me that I need to call him back some customer relations guy. I didn't call sure enough the very next day I get a knock on my door, from I assumed the same person lol mr. customer service relations. I did not answer the door, but I communicated with him through an intercom. I am sickened at the audacity to just show up to your front door. You guys deliver water to peoples houses that does not give you the right to just show up whenever you feel like it. The phone call is not returned to discuss anything further, then just leave it at that you don't show up the people's homes. This company truly is pathetic.
Anyways bottom line, this company is a joke... don't fool yourself into thinking you're doing business with some nice small town family operated spring water place. They have no personality and no regard for customer service. Extremely rude and extremely cheap! It's clearly being run by people that don't care. Perhaps this is new ownership? Who knows, regardless this company sucks. They do not appreciate or value your business.

We tried to become a customer and was scheduled to be delivered 4 bottles of water today. However, we abruptly received an email saying that we have been rescheduled for Tuesday next week. Upon giving them a call, we were told that we would receive a callback about the problem, which never happened. After calling them back again, we were informed that they were unable to reach the delivery person. Some time later, we receive another call saying that our street, where huge garbage trucks easily go up and down is too narrow for their delivery truck so we cannot be served, which to us, sounds like a lame excuse. If this really was the case, maybe they should have checked the street when we first contacted them a couple of days ago when we shared our address and other information. They just cost us time which could have been used otherwise to find another service provider.

Our delivery person is Narad and he's the best.... he even brings the heavy bottles inside the door for me! Sonia always responds to emails and is polite and courteous. We love home delivery for convenience, and the price is fair. Thank you Narad, Sonia, and Cedar Springs!

I just wanted to take a minute to write a quick review about the Customer Service we receive. The customer service rep, Sonia, is super friendly and always accommodates our order even if we have placed it late! Our delivery driver, Narod, is a pleasure to have in the office. He is always quick and efficient and offers a friendly smile as he zips in and out delivering our water :)

It always nice to hear what a great job you are doing and everyone is always so busy sometime you forget to do this. Narad our delivery man is very good making sure to get all our empties even the one still on the cooler and putting the full one on for us. This may seem like a small gesture to some but we really appreciate the extra effort. He is alway pleasant and very efficent! I would also like to thank the girls who I talk to when I need to adjust our order up or down. Very pleasant and always getting our needs adjusted so our next order is correct. Thank you to everyone, Jobs well done!

Narad did an excellent job delivering and picking up all 17 bottles I had! He event replaced the bottle in our cooler for us while he was here. Great service, keep up the good work.
We have been ordering from Cedar Springs for a few years and I am completely satisfied with both the high quality of the water and the wonderful service that we received. Our driver and delivery person is Narad and he is extremely accommodating and friendly. I appreciate that he has to deliver a fairly large number of bottles up a flight of stairs and he has never complained about this fact. He will also arrange the bottles so that we are using up prior bottles before the newly delivered ones.

Narad is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Cedar Springs water is amazing too. So glad we decided to put an end to the endless waste with the plastic bottles.
Narad is the best! Sometimes he will lug close to 10 bottles up to sets of stairs, makes our lives easier for sure!
