This should say MINUS five stars. Avoid at ALL costs!!! Sent in my watch, their estimate came to more than I paid for the watch new. Said on the estimate that the band was worn and glass was scratched. Funny, the watch was in NEW condition and sent in bubble wrapped in a box in a padded envelope. Also, ever since they received the package, I have gotten several junk emails each day regarding watches. Coincidence?? I think not. Also, they send the estimate with NO information regarding how to contact them further.

I would give this place negative stars if that was possible. They have no knowledge on Seiko products or how to properly replace a watch movement without scratching and gouging everything. I took a video showing that my new watch was defective and they still argued with me.

Seiko is a great company, Odyssey Time are not. Stay away from them and send your watch to a real Seiko repair facility in the USA.

They did everything wrong.

- They didn't meet their deadline;
- They failed to notify me of the delay although they knew of it.
- I told them to wait with the repair because I am not sure I need their service if they are this late but they went ahead and fixed the watch without waiting and then called to bill me.
- I agreed to the service only to discover that they used a replacement part of a different color. Nobody bothered to notify the client (me) and ask if it was ok with the new color. I now have a titanium watch with a golden crown. How creepy is that??

They offered to fix the problem if I payed to have the watch shipped back to them. No estimate on how long it will take. I will not trust them again with my business.

In conclusion: amateur work, useless customer service, no accountability whatsoever. I am surprised they are still in business. Seiko Corporation might not realize that the poor customer care offered by Odyssey Time is hurting their image.

Rip off artists. They wanted to charge me $300.00 to fix a $133.00 used watch. They tried and failed to fix it under warranty when I showed them the warranty card. They even scratched the back when opening. I think they should be butchers. I complained 4 times and travelled back and forth everytime. They only say they will fix the problem. On my last trip the face inside the glass had debris and a "human hair - possibly eyelash" They were so rude they spoke in another language in front of me giving me the chills up my spine. It really is hard to find a good watch maker these days. Loss of time, gas , etc. I paid eleswhere and it was fixed in only 3 days. My watch has worked perfect since. PS Other customers were not as polite as me and even left bad notes in their washrooms on the walls. Another customer flipped out in front of me. GO ELESWHERE. Owner was very rude, and they say he lives in China so you cant complain hence this posting
