The owner of the store (or Manager, Marc) is the best example for poor customer service. If you enjoy being treated unfairly and if you enjoy a snooty attitude, you will enjoy Time and Gold. If, on the other hand, you emjoy a warm shopping atmosphere where you are treated with respect, try La Swiss in Pacific Centre for your watch shopping.
