Required a storage locker after moving to a smaller home. Excellent access, clean, and secure. The people are friendly and helpful.

Went today to grab a uhaul for one way travel. Had a good experience.

The owner of Versatile Storage went out of her way to assist an employee help me with an urgent matter. She drove her employee two seperate times which was very kind. My experience with Versatile storage/having units, the front desk manager, the property manager and the owner has been nothing but exceptional, kind and friendly.

I have been with Versatile Storage, for maybe 4-5 years now, and they have been nothing but very help and prices are reasonable also. I would definitely recommend their Storage units..

The website falsly advertises 24hours or extended hours upon request. I called to ask for 24hour access to my locker and they told me no, the gates lock at 8pm. If you want access to you your locker past 8pm, don't go with this place. I showed up at 815pm after traveling a dirt road for over an hour with a trailer (second load of the day) got their a bit late and couldn't get to my locker, ended up having to rent a hotel and figure out to keep my stuff secure in the parking lot overnight. I will be changing storage places for sure!!!

Genuine, kind and helpful! After having a nightmare of a trip trying to haul across provinces, it was a breathe of fresh air to stop here! Owner was friendly, gave our dog treats and chatted with us while we were stuck waiting.

We have used this facility on 2 separate occasions and now we have a permanent unit so we could unclutter our garage. The prices are really good compared to anyone else in town. The young lady that works the front counter is so sweet and friendly. She is definitely part of the reason we came back a second time.....that and the location and price. But her customer service is fantastic and she makes the experience just that much better
