Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc

Would strongly urge to not have your goods go to this warehouse or do any business with them in any way. The good reviews written are junk. No such thing as "bonded warehouse" or "customer service". Might as well deal with street thugs or worse. Would give 0 stars . They do not deserve to be in business . Beware !!

You do not want your cargo going to this warehouse. They are a bunch of wicked souls, in-particular Chandra and so-called Frank. It’s also funny they call themselves managers. I’ve never seen such wickedness and unprofessionalism before in my life.

Chandra so-called manager denying to serve me and did not want to release my cargo that was paid for and custom released simply because he did not like that I was using a scarf as a face covering, however, was ok with another Indian guy like him who came behind me who had just a small bandana (a small scarf) on. This warehouse should definitely not be opened as they are about discriminating and full of falsehoods. I had to call the police to get involved just so I can get my cargo.

Mind you this same cargo took them days to have offloaded and ready on the warehouse floors in the first place which most warehouses only take 1-2 days to do. It took this warehouse days to offload. Upon them already delaying this, Chandra did not want to release my cargo to me when I went there for pickup because he did not like the way I looked. What a shame on this warehouse.

Water facility is not proper and washrooms are not well cleaned,lunch room is too small.which safety vest are provided are not in good condition.

True professionalism and the best service provider in the cargo community. The people at ACW are dedicated and seriously committed to service excellence.
