They are the biggest scammers . My unit got broken into and they gave police no evidence. Supposedly there cameras don't reach the units and only shows the roads comong in. I called the cops and waited there for them. Cause Francisco was holding me against my will for being one day late. No empathy on me that i got well over 5gs stolen from my kids and I. This is getting tooken to court. I have some much evidence and police reports. I dont want this to ever happen again. 24 hr surveillance. Ya NOT. and then go to find out that they aren't even insuranced under the tripemco Burlington insurance. So i dont get anything for compensation on what was stolen from a single mom with two kids. And i have contacted the district regional manager of the sentinel storage numerous of times. Yet she fails to get back to me!

Rental service was professional and courteous. Site is clean and secure.

Since the day I moved in to my unit six months ago I have asked three times to have the door sensor repaired. Both the requests and sensors have been left dangling. Sentinel has had a copy of my key on file from the beginning. I have tried to keep the request informal in the interests of maintaining good relations with the locals, but this has got me nowhere.

I have had a storage unit with Sentinel Storage South Edmonton for a few years and have always had great service. If I have a question or a concern, they are prompt to respond or fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was not happy to see they ousted Dave and Sandra. When you read the reviews on their Web page it says the employees mentioned in the review, are the new managers there now. How can they even be inserted into old reviews? Sentinel gets rid of their best employees and erases all reviews pertaining to them and just substitutes the new managers name. All reviews from Feb 15th prior are not Kelly and her husband. Sentinel will lie about anything to come across as a great storage facility. I left there due to the rent going up, up, up, every year. They care about getting as much money as possible but little do they even want to admit to is, if you lower your prices your sites would be so much more full. This company has priced themselves out of the average Joe's pocketbook.

The ladies in the office stayed extra time so we could get our storage locker and were extremely helpful with all our questions!Awesomely professional,polite service! Kudos! Miranda Grindon and Brian Mac Donald.

I called the Sentinel office at 5:50 on a Friday not expecting anyone to pick up the phone this close to their closing time of 6:00 . But a very nice lady named Anet answered and spent 15 minutes walking me through the rental procedure. Because of her patience and not rushing me due to the time I decided to rent a unit from her Anet was as helpful and informative in person. Great staff, clean and neat property. I would recommend Sentinel to anyone looking for storage.

This is really a good place to store your things. Annette was the staff whom I dealt with and she is very nice, friendly and courteous lady.

The people at Sentinel are so nice to me. Every time there is an issue they fix it right away for me. I have been here for more than 20 years and I am quite satisfied with their service. Sandra and Dave are great managers

I have had troubles with work in the last six months or so and therefore have been late on some payments. The staff have been very informative, helpful and very nice to me keeping me informed on what I need to do to stay fairly current. They understand what it is like to be on a tight budget and help me keep all of my things.
