Not only did the owner tell me she was too busy to confirm contact information on a delivery item she then proceeded to tell me she would get back to me without taking my number and then hung up on me. She professes she called my daughter several times in regards to a sled that I ordered for my 2 year old grand daughter but the only call my daughter received was a call while she was out of town telling her if she didn't come get the item in a couple days it would be returned. The policy of Sears is that she is required to call the day the item arrives and then attempt delivery for 10 days before sending orders back to Sears. She also tried to claim that the gift was C.O.D. when it was not. I believe she needs to give up the Sears depot part of her business to someone who actually would like to provide the service and do so with professionalism.
