they have three profiles, this review is on the other profile as well..
. we should have gone to someone else, ever since we walked in, they told us how good they were, but didn't prove a thing. They didn't have any wedding music for us, used religious music from the WRONG religion during an important moment in our wedding, they missed a whole speech from the groom's side of the family, the groom was forced to buy his own camera to cover some events as they didn't deliver, the bride and groom spent many nights having to drive from downtown toronto to their office (30-45minute drive) at their requests to come in to edit out the footage, where the movie was put together and rushed before even having all the footage and when the remaineder of the footage was recieved, was cut and pasted into the existing movie to throw off the whole flow of the movie. the professionalism was out the door with the owner, Paunch, who didn't pay attention to us when we were talking to him, and seemed like he was out to lunch all the time acting like a movie star. he charged us extra for hooking up their video camera to the screens in the banquet hall, but did not even bring the proper equipment to do so, and another extra charge for "contingencies" which never arose and did not give any of that money back. on top of that they gave us DVD's which you could buy anywhere and looked like pirated copies, no labels on the DVD's, and cheap quality media to keep our presious memories on. These guys charged us too much for the poor work they gave us, even after they admitted to mistakes, they didn't offer any sort of concessions afterwards. They took our money without any guilty conscience or remorse. Once everything was acceptable, we just wanted to get out with some dignity after what they put us through and take our "Everlasting moments" of our wedding and we wanted to get out of the building as soon as possible.

If you go into a meeting with them, you will listen to about 20 minutes of how they are the best, then tell you what will be done, then 20 more minutes of how nobody compares to them, THEN they finally ask what our expectations are.

Please be very careful when dealing with this company as they've ruined our special day and we hope they don't do the same to yours.

I would stay away from this company because same things can happen to you too, or do not pay them in full until you get your all work done perfectly.

Year 2009, August 23. My son and His wife got married and this company was hired for their wedding pictures and videos. Everything was ok at the beginning, they came to our house and brides house with well armed equipments for shootings, than church and the reception. This company was highly recommended and our kids also found them at a bridal show as well, so they weren't the cheapest but quite expensive which cost us a lot. We received the pictures about 7~8 months later and the Video over app. 1.5 year later. They provide us with the count of rendered videos and raw videos. For the pictures and video qualities I can not say anything bad about it, they were all professional and nice. However an very important and extremely memorable and meaningful video footages that were taken at our house was not included in the raw video which was and is very important for us….! My son and I called the company several time and they did not even bother to return our calls and/or respond to any messages were left to get that missing footage from them…..Since than we have been calling and trying to get in touch with them to get this missing video footages but unfortunately all our efforts are vested and from their part not even willingness trying to correct their mistake by finding those memorable footages for us. Finally one of the employee gave mi his boss’s cell phone number, his name is “Pancho” and which I called him, as expected he didn’t answer and the voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave any message but I text him saying call me, so surprisingly he did???? I told him the story and he said he will look into it…..Yet never called me back, and he blocked my text messages and phone number so I cant text him and/or get in touch with him any more….His phone is not answering, company phone is not answering and you can not leave messages, they are very ignorant they do not match up with their company name and their promise as well as their contract. I am extremely upset more from their ignorance than the loosing our memorable moments…

Therefore I will take them to small claim court to sue them for a maximum amount allowed ($10.000) to make them pay for their ignorance, emotional distress, loosing our memorable moment footages, avoiding interaction with their client, not keeping their promises and their work as they have contracted, and breach of contract due to these reasons.
