I am an amputee and these guys always make go the extra to meet me for my kitty Obi and my Aussiedoodle pup Gia because their not accessible, they come get my animals from me in the parking lot, you can actually have great educational conversations with the staff! Thank you for making my life a little less stressful with my babies trips to the vet!

Took a while to make this review as I had to do some research, I regret taking the family dog to be put down at this vet on top of the 600+ charge for the euthanasia procedure they wanted more money for someone to be there with our dog while he was put down which i found very odd but at that time it wasn't a good situation and none of us were thinking properly the last few days ive called around and found out that it is very uncommon as the price we paid should of allowed us to be there with him while they gave him the euthanasia. Biggest money grab ever i wish we had more time to find a better vet on a Sunday but no where was open around us and the dog was in alot of pain and very old I do not recommend this vet at all.

Where do I even begin with Dr Makowal? He has been a godsend for our dog Jack. I’m so happy we found him and the entire team. Jack had been suffering with allergies that we didn’t really know about for years, and Dr Makowal suggested we change his food and he has never been better. The care takes priority over income which is not often the case in this industry. With the rise of dog ownership post covid a lot of clinics got into it for the money and we were burned by one of these with a $2500 dental appointment and no real care or awareness about what the extractions would do to him. I’ve taken my parents dogs here and they found things that their old vet never picked up on it. This is the best vet ever

We had to put our cat down yesterday and they were more than kind, they were very considerate and when making the decision the doctor was very honest and provided us with useful information and showed genuine empathy. The staff was phenomenal, they were very supportive and helpful as well as understanding when making the appointments. Definitely recommend this vet to anyone who needs a clean, calm and organized environment with incredible staff and doctors. Thank you for all of the care you provided and making my cats final moments loving and comfortable. Thanks from the Campbell family. Rest in paradise Winston ❤️

This was my first time visiting this animal hospital and the staff were outstanding. My usual vet is about 40 minutes away and was closed, but I needed to bring my cat in right away as he was declining quickly. They took us in only 20 minutes after I called and explained my situation. As a pet parent one of the hardest things is having to euthanize your fur baby. The staff were incredibly compassionate and sympathetic. The vet explained all procedures thoroughly before, during and after. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all, as they let me take all the time I needed. They even sent me a sympathy card the next day. You can tell they really care about the animals and it's not just a job for them. I cannot thank them enough for helping Barney cross the rainbow bridge 🌈
