The vet techs are very kind, and the only good thing about this office. the one vet tech worked long hours all weekend to stay with my cat while she was hooked up to an IV due to kidney problems. she was dedicated and so kind to my cat.
The vet was rude, arrogant , and had no hope with my cat. she suggested we put her down, there was nothing we could do and she wasnt going to get better--- two years later the cat is still with me, and i will never visit that vet again.
Other downsides to this office is the price (VERY expensive), they will not release your pets files without a battle AND a fee ***NO other vet offices in guelph do this. other vet offices are willing to release the files to another vet (with your consent) without hassle, as they should.
The practice is horribly run by a horrible vet.
