Martindale animal clinic is the most wonderful clinic that you could bring your loved one to. They go up and above their call of duty to provide love and care for our pets. I have been bringing my dogs here for the past 20 years and would NEVER go anywhere else. If only human care would be so wonderful.
Thanks Dr. Dan and all of your staff,

Dr. Dan has been taking care of my cat Darius for two years now. I also have an older cat that does not do so well with vets and travel and the staff in the office have been wonderful when I call with some feline related questions about her. The staff are very professional and always willing to help.
I set up an appointment for my kitten for January 6th, 2011. When I arrived I was told that I had the date wrong. I assured the front desk that I would not forget that kind of thing because as anyone with a female cat in heat knows, you are literally counting the days until it stops. They insisted that I was in the wrong, even though the date was marked on my calendar and entered into my cellphone upon making the appointment. They kept her in a cage until 1:00 p.m.- I brought her in at 8:30 a.m. They finally got around to fixing her at 1:00 p.m. When I called I was informed that the vet would never see my cat again, because she was hard to deal with. How competent can this vet be, if he is unable to deal with difficult animals? Perhaps it had something to do with being left in a cage unnecessarily all day. Just a thought. When she came home, I noticed a 2 cm. thread hanging from her incision. I am so concerned that she will catch it on something and start bleeding, that I cannot let her out of my sight. Lastly, my bill reflected a nail trim, and when I looked at her nails they were not even touched. If this vet had not said Cricket couldn't visit again, I would never have dealt with him again anyway. What has happened to quality service, and caring professionals?
