Erin Mills Pet Hospital

I love this veterinarian. All of the vets there with the exception on one older vet that was rude...can't remember her name...are great! Two younger vets (blonde and brunette) that I have seen there are amazing. They actually care about your pets and the price was good for what my pup needed done. You always get what you pay for. Not the cheapest vet but pretty darn close from my experience. I recommended to my family and friends for sure.

I've been bringing my dog here for the past few years, and I've got to say, the bill is extremely expensive. The doctors always push for extra tests that seem unnecessary. There have been times the doctor said a test was complimentary, however when it came to payment, that wasn't the case. I also feel like they charge for things unnecessarily. Every visit to the vet means HUNDREDS spent.

Had nothing but a great experience here. Transfered to this clinic from another that has gone very bad. I got an amazing feeling of "family" when I came into the office. The reception staff are welcoming and the doctor that I saw was wonderful. She really took the time to learn about my pets and my family and I felt she really cared. The Dr went through everything I needed for my pets and allowed me to choose what I wanted to vaccinate them for. It made me feel like I was helping to make decisions for my pets, not just being told what to do without a choice. Would highly recommend this place.

we went to get to some revolution for our three cats but the vet refused to give us the treatment until we brought in our three cats for a check up. Our three very healthy cats were all at the vets less than two years ago and now they are exposed to fleas because this vet only wants to get money from us!! They want the money from the check ups that's all ....... DO NOT go to this vet!!! They are money grabbers first vets second !!

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for the past 20 years. The staff and doctors are absolutely amazing, they are very friendly, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this clinic.

We have been taking our various animals here for more than 25 years. I have never for a minute ever had a bad experience.
A few weeks ago my 9 year old cat was extremely ill. He was having great difficulty breathing and was in severe distress. From the moment I called them I knew they cared and got him in right away. Michelle at the desk, Dr. Walker and Dr. Culvert were amazing. He stayed for a week and every day I spoke to them they explained what was going on. One day it was pretty grim and the news was not good. Dr.Culvert told me they were doing everything they could to help him. He has been home now for almost 2 weeks and he is as good as he has ever been.
He actually owes his life to them and I will never forget all of them and what they did.
As far as expense goes I feel that anything I paid for was worth every penny. There are some things in life that you cannot put a price on.

As posted as a response to the negative comment by "No Name" above, I love this hospital and all of the staff, both new and old.

I have been bringing my pets to Erin Mills Pet Hospital for 15 years and, with the exception of two veterinarians that are no longer there, I love everyone!

They treat you like family and bend over backwards to accommodate you and your pets. They REALLY care about both the well being of your pet AND the well being of YOU, which is rare.

I wouldn't change clinics again, and I hope that the current staff that are there never change!

every time i went to this clinic there was a change over of staff.always new drs.and new front desk attendants. also this speaks volumes as i was alway overcharged,for items that were supposed to be a trial sample, wastold by vet,no charge only to find out was full charge on my statement. NO COMPASION WHEN I LOST MY PET, TREATED IN A MOST INHUMANE WAY....THEY DEFINATELY NEED AN URGENT COURSE,ALL OF THEM,IT'S A WONDER WHY STAFF TURNOVER IS HIGH.....IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DON'T WALK RUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN TO A PLACE,THAT DOESN'T PUT THE $$$$$$$$$$$$$ sign above all else,starink you stink....

I took my new kitten to this animal hospital and I was more than impressed. I saw a young doctor, I believe her name was Dr. Culbert, and she was more than fantastic!!! She explained everything I needed to know about kitten care, vaccines, training, nutrition and much more. Also, I didn't feel pressured at all like you do in some clinics to buy everything and spend a lot of money. She was so gentle and genuinely cared about me and my cat. I will be going back to this clinic for sure! It's so hard to find a good pet hospital, but I found one!

I can never thank the kind and caring staff at Erin Mills Pet Hospital during the hardest time of our life. Our almost 13 year old Shih Tzu had a severe stroke and had to be put to sleep. The staff were amaxing with me and my little guy!! I am so heartbroken, and the staff even talked to me the next day to reassure me during my grief. I am lost without him, but I am so glad it was done at The Erin Mills Pet Hosp.
