Just read the reviews and feel I should add my comments after reading the negative remarks about "Cold receptionist". I have received this treatment on a number of occasions but assumed it was me that was offending her in some way. The Doctors should realise that many clients have expressed the same feelings.This indicated a staffing problem.I do not like or expect to be treated in a condescending manner and that is what I have experienced. The receptionist is the first point of contact and serves a very important role. The Doctors should read these reviews and decide for themselves what needs to be done. Drs. super!
