First brought my 10 year old dog for a 5:00 pm appointment 9/30/20 had to wait 1 hour before they say her. From 5pm to 6pm they examined, wanted her to get bloodwork and xrays done told me i needed to be back no later than 7pm as the vet would be gone. Arrived back on time only to wait another hour. Finally seen at 8pm dog in total distress. Went over xrays with vet (bad communication skills) he left room and them came back in as he forget to tell me important info regarding stones she had. I could tell she needed to use washroom they assured me she was fine. 5 minutes later dog had bowel movement diarrhea in lobby. left office at 8:20 had to stop as dog was extremely distressed and she had to use bathroom again. Staff very uncaring and was told and I quote "IF YOU GO TO A HOSPITAL YOU HAVE TO WAIT" my point to her was that this was a scheduled appointment !!!!!!!!! Next visit more of a disaster when wasn't given proper instructions for a glucose test. WONT BRING HER BACK

Excellent service, great value with multi pet discounts, staff is super warm and cares. I drive an hour to have them service Billy & Al because this is the only place where they actually let other people touch them.

Between my husband and I we have been taking our furbabbies to Beatties for over 20 years and have had nothing but the best of care for them...THANKS to all the Doctors and great staff.

Beatties animal hospital is super awesome very gentle with our pets and others very clean great phone serice to get fast appts for emergencies very affordable rates to for check ups and meds thank you very much for the great service keep up the good work!!

Beattie Animal Hospital is incredible! We have been taking our cats there for years (and before that, my parents have taken their dogs there for years). The staff are VERY friendly and their prices are extremely reasonable considering their extensive services. We have had to take multiple middle-of-the-night visits with one of our cats (we joke that midnight is his favorite time of the day to visit his friends at Beattie) and every time we have left feeling satisfied that our pets had been given the best care possible. We have yet to check out the new Hamilton location (I love the staff so much in Brantford, that even though we live in the Hamilton area, we may still continue to take our pets to Brantford).

Glad we made the switch to Beattie's. We have always had very positive experience with them... and I can board my chronically ill pet there too. I like it!

Thank you for looking at Oscar and finding out that it was his food making him sick, and that although he is 13 years old we did not need to put him down!
