The staff are awesome! We have 3 dogs (9, 8 and 4 yrs) and all are treated with care and kindness. Dr Boa was recommended to us almost 9 years ago when we moved to Waterloo. The recommendation came from another Vet (whom we trusted) and we've never had a moment's hesitation or concern. More staff have been added since we started going. All the doctors, vet techs and staff are terrific. We'd recommend the clinic to anyone who needs animal wellness and treatment services.
The staff was very warm and welcoming.
Made me feel like I was a part of their family along with my 13-yr-old Golen Ret, "Mikey".
