Worst vet in the falls. My regular vet had their patients going here during covid. I have told them multiple times my dog with Addison's can not see a male doctor. He can not be stressed out or he goes into an attack. Tried to make me get multiple different tests and blood work with the male doctor before they would refill any of his prescriptions. The ones he needs to live. All they care about is money. Do not take your pet here. They are extremely rude and don't care

I have only had one experience with Dr. Paul and his staff and it was pathetic enough to know I would never return.
Test, after test after test for an issue with no resolution but a huge bill. Front desk girl was busy on a personal call while I was trying to pay my bill.
I thought I would save some money considering the area this clinic is in. But it was more expensive than my previous vet, and I felt nothing was resolved.
I will go be going back to my old vet in Welland after this horrid experience.

This Hospital has gone above and beyond for all of my pets, especially as my dog became stricken with Abdominal cancer which was only picked by them , with ultrasound .The treated her with the most aggressive treatments by performing emergency splenectomy and removing half of stomach but also showed care and concern, calling on weekends and after hours to make certain she was doing well. Now after a year my Chloe , is still alive and saying thanks to the whole team of bridgeview

We have been going to Bridgeview for a while. I found the people very caring but as one person stated, they seem to like to charge more dollars any way they can. $20 extra for this or that. We had to take our pet in whom we loved very much to go to pet heaven, they asked if I wanted an examination, but we knew the dog was very ill and it would be more money which we didn't have. Then Dr. Paul did not say a word to us after that. We were shocked when we saw the bill, a $100 more than any other vet, we should have asked before we had it done there, but we were grieving and it wasn't until later that we found this out. So if you are putting a pet down, there are many other reputable vets that are sensitive to your situation and will not overcharge you on the procedure. We are still grieving for our pup. Ask the price first, don't be overwhelmed.

Excellent vet! Dr.Paul and his staff are very kind and compassionate. Dr. Paul has a very gentle and non threatening approach when dealing with the animals. His diagnoses and surgical skills are the best. Our dog was critically ill but with Dr. Paul's diagnoses and support we were able to spend another fourteen months with her. We now take our two new golden retrievers to Dr. Paul. Our furry family members deserve the best and that's why we go to Dr. Paul and his team.

Excellent and caring clinic! Everyone treats your pet like their own. They are caring, and explain every detail that you need to know. They take an interest in your pets health. The ladies when you walk in, make you feel so welcome. All the Doctors here are so knowledgeable. Now this is where you want to take your pets

I just want to thank Dr saini and his 2 associates and staff for their wonderful care and concern of my animals .A year ago we had to put our 17 year old golden retriever jake down (his life was prolonged by 3 years by Dr saini's proper diagonostics when other vets in Falls had said that nothing could be done now)Well ,anyways it was a hard thing to do and they were so compassionate at that time. Now we have a little spoiled lap dog chloe.I brought her today to the office .He examined her and gave few good tips of how to help her and what to do.I can always count on them giving me right information and guidance.I wouldn't think twice bringing my animals to bridgeview.........

First let me say no matter where I live, the trip is never to far to see Dr. Paul! Previously I was in Fort Erie and now I am in Hamilton and the draw to Niagara for me is not the Falls but Dr. Paul & staff at Bridgeview!

Dr Paul previously cared for my aging cat Becky. He cared for her as if she were his own. She had a thyroid condition, cataracts and at one point a nasty lump on her neck. She was 16 years old when he removed the lump from her neck and it was 1 mm off her juglar vein. It was amazing at the surgical skill and care he gave my senior kitty. Even after she came home, he called to check on her as it was such a fragile surgery for an animal of her age.

Three more years she lived, getting her blood checked every year to make sure her thyroid medication was at the proper level..no different than what my Dr. does for my thyroid condition.

My Becky was not a people kitty but she loved Dr. Paul. I think it's his gentle demeanor and soft voice that she always warmed up to. We always waited outside and someone would come and get us so she wasn't upset by her visit as she was not a social butterfly.

I knew when her time was up. Anyone that has had animals their whole life, knows. I made the call to Dr. Paul and shared the situation and asked when arrangements could be made. He saw us that very day.

Dr. Paul and Izzy were so kind to me and to Becky that day, I will never forget them. They treated Becky so sweetly and spent time with me letting me know it was a brave thing to do with her best interest at heart. I can tell you that Dr. Paul was saddened that day as well. It made my grief so much more bearable knowing that I was not there alone saying good bye to my best friend. I had shared my life with Becky for 19 1/2 years and am so thankful for having a vet with a heart, not only for his patient but for me as well!

I still two other cats, one that is fourteen and the other six. Dr. Paul has been my kitties Dr. as well for years and I wouldn't have it any other way. In fact, we will be making the trip to Niagara Falls from Hamilton in a couple of weeks for our check up and I'm looking forward to it.

My boy is prone to respitory infections that have been quite serious and Dr. Paul has pulled him through many times. Money has not been his major concern 'ever' with any of my animals but lets face it, health care is expensive whether it's for animals or people.

Dr. Paul suggested I get a humidifier for home, which I did and has never kept my boy over night at the clinic. He gives him the proper antibiotics, on occasion has had to rehydrate him and sends him home with me to be kept comfortable in his bed, in a room with the humidifier running. It has worked every time, even when I thought there was no hope.

Dr. Paul does believe in preventative medicine which I can and do appreciate. As I said, my boy is 14 now, is prone to illness and waiting until he is sick to worry about him is rather foolish on my part. That is why when I was offered something to boost his immune system, that I can apply to him regularly I took it. I also listened to what he had to say about the health benefits of a great diet for my boy and then I researched it for myself. He was right according to every article I researched on the subject of nutrition. Since making these few changes, diet and supplement, we have not had an incident in three years! Before the changes, we were in fear of my boy dying at least twice a year.

I like the fact that I was given the information and the choice to choose. I have no problem referring all my friends and family to see Dr. Paul at Bridgeview. Once again, thanks Dr. Paul for your commitment to excellence and the kindness you have shared over the years with my family!

Although Dr. Paul and staff are kind. They try to up-sell and I felt it was a lot about money with them. I understand everyone needs to earn a living. I brought the puppy to another vet as I didn't completely trust the care she was getting and indirectly found out the puppy was over medicated well.

First time i ever met veterinarians and staff at Bridgeview, it was an amazing experience, even though from recent reviews which I found after discussing with Dr. those to be completely not true. He made it very personal and showed the dog even mattered to him.
Everyone is so freindly there. A full explanation and quote was given before hand before any services was provided and was impressed with everything

I would NEVER take an animal to this office. The doctors are extremely unprofessional and only care about money. They will do tests without the customers' knowledge and present you with a bill after. They are very disrespectful and rude!!!! If you want someone who knows what they are doing, DO NOT bring your pet there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I chose to take my kitty here because of the good reviews. However I had a different experience. My Mikey was very sick, not eating nor drinking, when I got there I had the worst feeling. Dr. Paul told me that he would need extensive treatment and the cost of testing him was my whole months wage. I was devastated and so upset, I had almost all of the initial testing which was 800 dollars. I asked dr paul if i could make a payment plan for the rest, with no compassion he said absolutely not. I knew my mikey was very ill, and when i asked if he was in pain and the answer was yes, i knew i had no option but to put him to rest. Those were my options. They couldnt even give me 5 minutes alone with him, they had the shaver and needle ready in seconds, then dr paul asked my fiance to go pay first before we put him to sleep. I had to tell them to wait for my fiance as it seemed they were rushing, like my mikey of 9 years was just some product, they couldnt have even given me 5 minutes with him, to say goodbye to my "son" . The hardest part of all of this was the vet visit, we opted to take him home with us as i certainly was not going to leave him there to be treated like that. I know this was our first visit, but i felt no compassion, no empathy. It replays over and over in my head, and made the whole thing even more devastating. i have regrets on taking him here. after mikey had passed dr paul told me this..." i could've talked you into doing all these tests, but it didnt look good for him, and he wouldnt have made it" . needless to say that didnt make me feel any better, as now i know you were just trying to get me to spend all that money, when he knew he would die anyways. in my experience here, my beloved mikey was treated like a product, and when i finally hadf the courage to look at the vet bill, i realized they charged me just to be in the room with him when they gave him the euthanasia, that is disgusting. I will never go there again, and it made my loss 100x harder the way we were treated. My heart is broken=(

I had to put my fathers dog down last year for him. First time i ever met Dr. Paul, it was an amazing experience, very emotional time even for the vet. He made it very personal and showed the dog even mattered to him. They went out of there way, my father received a condolence card in the mail and the ashes were returned in a beautiful lil wooden keepsake box. The whole experience made me go WOW. When i got my puppy i knew that was the vet i wanted for him.
Everyone is so freindly there.

We have three dogs - one is diabetic - we had been going to another Vet Office - we nearly lost our dog due to their failure to prescribe the correct dosage of insulin - AND we were paying high fees for this poor care. Had a neighbour recommend Bridgeview and we are so much happier. Not only has our diabetic dog's health greatly improved but we prefer the smaller office where they actually remember you and your dogs between visits and when you call in. Rates charged are reasonable. We have all three of our dogs here now.

I recently switched vet's becasue there was a 3 week waiting period with my regular vet and our new rescue pup was very ill. The look from the outside isn't very appealing but once inside the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We adopted a 14 week old large breed puppy, when we brought her home we noticed she had a very bloated stomach, incredibly skinny, and terrified of men. The Dr was gentle and ran a bunch of tests to rule out any health concerns. We found that the pup was full of roundworm and mistreated by previous owner. The second visit he educated me on roundworm, how to prevent it from being spread to my children and family pets. He was very professional and had reasonable prices (for everything we had to get done). We are now bringing both of our dogs to Bridgeview.

Negative side- Had no contact weather my puppy was infected or not. I called to see if test results were in - wish they called me with test results so I would have been informed to take proper precautions for my children.

I have been taking my dogs there for just over 2 years. I like them, they are good people but I do get the impression that im not well liked. I have asked questions regarding my dogs surgery and the vet seemed to of taken offense to it. Also I feel if my dog was ill and I didnt have the money to treat him (disability) they would let my dog suffer. They have never called me back to see how my dog was doing after his surgery, when I call to ask a question i feel as if im disturbing them.

I will continue to go there, I have and will continue to recommend people his way, but these are the issues I have come across.

The pet care here is the best in all of Niagara Falls. I have delt with a couple of other vets in the area and no one showed the care for my pet that they did here. Dr Paul Saini is amazing and he truly cares not only about the animals but their families too.

This Hospital has gone above and beyond for all of my pets, especially as my dog became stricken with congestive heart failure. The treated her with the most aggressive treatments but also showed care and concern, calling on weekends and after hours to make certain she was doing well.
Izzy has been there as the Vet Technician for as long as I can remember, and all of my pets love her.
Sarah and Megan are friendly, helpful, and very understanding.
Dr. Paul is amazing!!! He stays with and checks on your pets well after hours if he is at all concerned about them and will do everything in his ability to make sure their lives are as happy and as long as they can be.

5 stars are not enough !! And I say this as an individual who has worked in a veterinary clinic herself..these people know what they are doing and do it with love.
