I took my cat for a checkup and from the moment I got there all they did was try to upsell me on services. Tests that were not required but suggested, procedures that were also strongly suggested but not warranted. Teeth cleaning, just in case.... What a joke. I've never had a veterinarian try so desperately to sell me diagnostics. Tried this clinic because of the good reviews the previous vet had. Apparently the new owner, not so much. Definitely NOT recommended.

I love this vet I've been taking both of my dogs there since they were puppies (so the last 6 years) and have always had the best experience with them. What impressed me the most was how obvious it was the vets and staff truly care about my dogs and their health. Id recommend them to anyone!

This clinic was wonderful with our beloved senior cat. The decision to have her put down was extremely difficult and they assisted us in every step. She left this world peacefully cradled gently in our arms.
The staff was very caring and professional throughout.

Dr. Thiessen and the team at South End Veterinary Clinic are wonderful, warm, and passionate about pets. When Dr. Thiessen worked at a clinic 40 minutes from my house, I made the trek with cats yowling in their carriers because no one puts as much effort and attention into her patients. When my father's dog developed allergies, Dr. Thiessen worked tirelessly with us to determine the allergy and find a way to make our pup more comfortable. When my cat was terrified of the vet clinic and had a panic attack in the examining room, Dr. Thiessen brought his shot out to the car so that he wouldn't have to return to the scary room. When I called her on a Saturday afternoon just before she closed to ask about my mom's elderly pet, she patiently listened to my concerns and helped me make her more comfortable. And when I adopted a handicapped kitten with neurological issues, Dr. Thiessen researched the condition, risk factors, and recommendations of other vets to make sure she could provide our cat with the best care possible. South End has a team that is as dedicated and knowledgeable as she is, I am thrilled to continue to visit her and my animals are always given the highest level of care at a very affordable price. I always trust that every recommendation they make is in the best interest of my animals and my bank account! I refer friends and family to them every chance I get.

..when Dr. Molnar was there. Now it's just a cash grab by a baby vet who managed to buy him out. I received lots of information when I had a procedure done in December about the types of problems my dog may be facing, then when I called back in January, was told "Oh no, when I told you about this, it wasn't a diagnosis, just a suspicion." Did I pay 400 bucks for her to have suspicions?

On top of that, they are poor at returning calls. The place was, at one time, top notch. It's too bad that it's taken such a tumble in less than a year. NOT RECOMMENDED

I have been taking both of my cats to Dr Molnar for the past 8 years. He and his staff are fabulous and I would recommend them to everyone.

Summer of 2011 I had an emergency c-section with one of my girls and this clinic was the clinic used (not my regular clinic)it was the most hostile clinic I have ever been in. I am a breeder and I have been in many different clinics and this one has no respect for breeders. One of the RAHT was unbelievably disrespectful towards the attending veterinarian, she lacked commonsense in how to proceed and save the lives of the puppies, she was down right hostile with the vet and with me. I would never ever use this clinic for any reason, I'll go to the Pembina Emergency Clinic instead. There was only one good thing about this clinic and it was a female veterinarian that was kind and non confrontational but I don't remember her name. I rate this clinic as a big fat 0!!!

I had moved into the area last year May. I had a very sick Cat that needed help. I had phoned around to many other locations, before I fond South End Vet. The staff were able to take him in and look at him. The best feeling of being allowed to know what they were doing as they were doing it, informing me their plan of action. Even though Mr.Magoo has passed, I will always bring my furry kidz here! Thank you for the wonderful care from Dr.Molnar, Zoey and staff.

Since day one they have been absolutely wonderful to both our animals. I love the vets there, I love the staff there, they are all absolutely great. Highly, highly recommended!

My best friend breeds "Bugs" (Boston Terrier cross Pugg) and she takes both of her females and offspring here. I bought one of her beautiful pups and continued going there because of the exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and thorough staff and doctor (Molnar). They are the best of the best. Both of us have been to many other veterinary hospitals and we have now both settled here.

I would not go anywhere else have loved Southend VetHospital since day one!
Would highly recommend them to anyone how asks for a vet in the area.

After originally going to another clinic in the area and being extremely dissatisfied I found this place.

They are great to talk with here, they listen to your concerns and you feel they care about your concerns and your pet. I don't feel rushed and the Doctor here treats my dog like it was his own.

I'm extremely satisfied with South End Veterinary Hospital and will continue to use and recommend them.

Our recent experiences with the South End Veterinary Hospital made such an impact on us that we switched to them permanently! The atmosphere is friendly, warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. The staff are wonderful, never rushing you, but spending the time and concern your furry family member deserves. Our pets loved the staff and the stress level was little to none. Our dog is a regular visitor, dropping by for a treat, a pet and a weigh-in whenever we're in the area. They're great there, and we highly recommend them.
