Was visiting area on holidays and wanted to get nails cut. I asked friends who recommended this vet clinic. I was surprised that Dr. Fleming actually did nails. He completely botched a simple task with hitting the quick on several nails. I should have stopped him as I was in room but I was so shocked I could hardly respond. Lots of blood in treatment room, reception, my car and in hotel. I asked what to do if bleeding continued. He suggested flour. I made a written complaint which he didn't respond to. Sent a second complaint enquiring if he received the first. He did but didn't want to fight about it. What??? He said they have material to stop bleeding at clinic but he certainly didn't use it on my dog. My dog didn't yelp so he kept going. What??? Shocking treatment. More shocking was his lack of a response. This guy should be avoided. This is a window into how he treats our pets and responds to complaints. 0 out of 5 for this clinic. AVOID.
