North Shore Veterinary Clinic

Dr Clemett has been my cats vet for twenty years and has always taken the time and care with each health issue we faced. She was instrumental in saving their lives in two emergency situations and I am forever thankful for her care. I highly recommend North Shore Vet Clinc for your pets care and wellness.

Very caring but very expensive

I have been taking my pets to this clinic now for over 14 years. I love the entire staff they are so compassionate! Dr. Terri Clement and Dr.Gorri are just amazing and very knowledgeable, they really care for the pets and Sue (technician) is great too! Only reason I gave it 4.5 stars and not 5 is because they are VERY expensive, but I feel my pets health is worth every penny so I would never go anywhere else!

I love this clinic! It is absolutely worth every dollar in my pocket! The doctors and staff are outstanding! I know my pets are in good hands with them! They are clean, polite, and professional!

Unfortunately our beloved cat, Julia of 16 years had to be put down because of renal failure. Dr. Terri Clemett made a very painful decision easier. She spoke to my daughter and I with great compassion and patience and made an extremely painful goodbye feel like it truly was the best decision. I and my daughter will be forever grateful.
I would recommend them to anyone. Their office is always very neat, clean and professional.

I would highly recommend North Shore Vet to anyone! They treat myself and my pets with great care and attention. All my questions are always answered. I know if I am in need of anything...they are always there!

The staff are all wonderful and so are the doctors.

My Pets have been patients of Dr Clemett for 15+ years. I drive in from Delta to see her. I am treated with respect, my pets are provided the absolute best care! The staff (everyone) is always helpful, polite, respectful & resourcful.
I find it refreshing that the North Shore Veterinary Clinic is in the business they are in for the love of all pets! and not the almighty dollar.
It is always your responsibilty to ask questions before you authorize a procedure.....

The staff are very friendly, and very beautiful.

I have continual issues with customer service with this clinic. Simply put, you do not return your telephone calls when trying to book appointments. I have called 4 days in a row this week for assistance and received no returned calls. It appears this clinic does not want any business.

I can''t believe anyone would find the staff at this clinic rude. They were all very friendly, helpful and polite. The doctor was relaxed, pleasant , answered all questions and diligent. The only reason I didn't give more stars is that they are extraordinarily expensive. There was no discount for multiple pets being seen at the same time for the same vaccination. As much as I liked them , one would have to have very deep pockets to become a new client. Their prices are more expensive than any other vet I checked. (After I got over my shock) Obviously I should have checked first, but at a friends recommendation I went here. My friend agreed they are expensive and regretted not warning me but felt they were worth it.
If money is no object, I would highly recommend them but I am sure there are other great vets that don't charge these prices.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. My cat had to stay to give a urine sample and was being stubborn so she stayed for two nights and they didn't charge me. They were kind, considerate and very understanding.

I didnt so much mind the doctors t all. They were really helpful and pretty easy going but the staff there was not what I thought they would be. They sounded rude on the phone and rude in person. Dont get me wrong...there were some nice girls there but they for the most part were unpleasant and there prices are not worth their services.
