Kitsilano Animal Clinic, Vancouver Reviews (5)
my cat was attacked by a coyote or dog back in july..when i took him in they told me he had no broken bones etc..some bruising on his lungs..they xrayed his middle and hind quarters gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way...i returned about 2 months later..at this time they xrayed his head and told me he had a broken jaw he had also lost 1/3 of his weight...i ended up putting him down last week...when i mentioned why they didnt take an xray to begin with back when i brought him in i was told that was all in hindsight...seems like this clinic needs INSIGHT...have took my cats here for the last 14yrs...but no more....ps..its the english accent doctor who failed to xray his head where the main trauma happened...if i knew back in july he had a broken jaw he would possibly be still alive...great work kits animal clinic

We have been seeing Terri at the Kitsilano Animal clinic for the last 12 years. They look after the animals very well and help us make great decisions to keep our dog healthy.
We have a small dog that has been through a lot of necessary (with second opinions) medical procedures. All of these were performed in a kind and very professional way. Not once did we feel that our affections for the dog being exploited for monetary gain as seems to be the case with some vets. Dr. Eisen should be very proud of the practice she runs.
excellent with my dog. Love both the vets (Dr. Shaw and Izzen)
