Terrible scheduling hours. I requested a Saturday appointment through their new "online request". Because of my work schedule, I cannot make an appointment during the week. I was emailed back and told to come in that day (which was yesterday). When I told them no, I needed a Saturday appointment - they then told me they were closed on Saturday. My cat is sick so she needs to be seen but their hours are not convenient. I haven't been to the clinic yet...but I doubt I will bother scheduling with them. After checking their hours online...apparently they close random Saturdays and Mondays. Terrible...

The staff were very caring and understand. When I expressed concerns of financial constraint they very quickly helped to work with in my budget. They took the time to explain things in detail and answer questions about my cats medical care. The staff loveling followed up to ensure treatment at home was going well

Hidden fees and fluctuating charges have made it clear to me that this clinic is more focused on their own profit than the care of their patients (our pets).

Honesty and asking about fees is always important. Any clinic has trained staff, but they are a buisness too. Their time is always worth something just as yours is in your buisness. Did you ask about fees or assume something was free?

The best care for your feline baby is right here. Dr. Gayle McDonald and her team were sensitive through the tears of cancer diagnosis in our beloved manx to the final goodbye. They are now taking great care of the two kittens adopted from the Edmonton Humane society who have had their own share of challenges.

We always feel informed and never rushed.

A veterinarian is a compilation of general practitioner, psychologist, therapist, dentist, surgeon, dietitian, nurse and psychic. What they do everyday is amazing.

if you have a cat this is the only place you would want to take him/her, as they only deal with cats. I also find there professionalism, and careing for my wellbeing and my cats to be top notch, I recommed you to see the owner and head doctor dr gayle mcdonald, as she goes out of her way to make sure your concerns are delt with, and all the options available to you, to help you and your cat. she makes you leave there feeling knowlageble and confindent that your cats needs are being met and that you have the right tools to help heal your cat. fantastic palce I can not say enough about them!!!
