1 st they rate half a star for once having existed ; are they still in business, that is the question that I`ve been asking myself for the past 2 weeks. It`s impossible to get in touch with them; is every one on lock out or vacation. They could at least re-direct one to a subsidiairy or a distributor of sorts. I need to repair or replace an element of my electronic air cleaner and have no clue whom to contact. It seems that I`ll have no other choice but to replace the entire unit with another made from a different manufacturer. Hope they wisen up and consider the consequences. 905-793-6608 does not answer !
