The Vac Connection

I am sure they have a large selection of products but they also have a large selection of not so friendly gentlemen as sales people. I'm sure they know their stuff but I am not impressed with the service. I went 3 times in a one week span and saw a different man each time (one actually treated me like a child!). I was not informed that the attachment I bought could not be returned once used. I said then how do I know if I like it and he just shrugged. I asked if I could have had the option to try it out in the store and he said that would make it used. You don't have a sample?!? Then he informed me he'd take it but he would have to take something off-without telling me how much!! He just asked me for my credit card. Then I had to ask him for my original receipt and he was rude about that too. I will never spend another dime in there- National Vacuum is just up the road.
