Vacuum Works

I stop in at Vacuum Works twice, maybe three times a year - mostly to get vacuum bags for my SEBO vacuum which I bought here several years ago. So there I was a few days ago, buying some vacuum bags and a lady walks in the door just so pleased that there is now a vacuum store in Ladner! She brought in her vacuum for repairs. Apparently she was all prepared to take it into the city when her daughter told her that there is a vacuum repair store right here in Ladner. I was gobsmacked! Steve and Tammy have been here since 1991!

I have been a customer of Vacuum works in Ladner for over 14 years now and must say ... Steve the owner is amazing to deal with and WILL NEVER go anywhere else . His knowledge and honesty are quite refreshing.
I have a cleaning company and every vacuum we have purchased are Quality vacuums and his prices, service are wonderful

I wish all small businesses were like this one !

The young fellow was extremely helpful and honest recommending what vacuum to buy .
I wanted to buy a brand that was advertised but he told me I can sell it to you but ii will have you sign a waiver . That brand comes on all the time for repairs !
I thought wow.. This guy is really honest .
So I ended up purchasing a vacuum that he recommended . The warranty was longer and they carry
All the bags and parts for the future .
I'm totally happy with the vacuum !
It's not everyday that you get honesty from a salesman .
I'll be back to buy another one .. If and when this one dies .

Spoke to this man over the phone about installing a vacuum sweep and he gave me all kinds of info. I am about to buy a new central vac and was thinking of spending over $1000 on one at a different retailer. He told me I shouldn't have to spend more than 450 to 750 for my 1900 sq ft. and gave me an education on the different types of cv's and how they work. Excellent service and communication - very friendly

The owner will walk you through as much trouble shooting as need to say money on a house call. Also, when you go to the store they are ALL friendly, and yesterday I went in for a part, which he gave me for free.
