Duncan Vacuum House

So sad to read the other reviews as we had wonderful service from these guys. Perhaps different owners/staff? Anyhow, they made our 20-year-old vacuum as good as new and told us it would last for ever. No attempt was made to try to persuade us to buy anything else.
We did, however, purchase a wonderful new stick vacuum for quick clean-ups and got a deal on it. The product makes life so much simpler. We'll never need to upgrade in our lifetime and are very impressed with the pleasant and efficient service they offer.

These guys ripped off our grandmother for over a 1000 dollars for a central vacuum that they made her pay up front for and never delivered the product, not to be trusted!!!

These guys are not good business people, multiple people in my town have been ripped off by them
