Bestway Cartage Ltd

I have been dealing with Bestway cartage for a few years now and never had a problem. They picked up my freight on time and had great customer service. A few months ago the individual that I use to deal with left the company after working there for decades, after that my experience with Bestway started to go downhill. It is a substantial company and there were others that helped me get my freight transported but then again the individual which I started dealing with also left Bestway even he was working there for numerous years. Now the clowns that they got there are rude, ignorant, and provide horrible customer service. They will hang up on you, be very aggressive on the phone and sometime talk you down. There are many other transportation companies as many of you already know, I would not recommend Bestway Cartage as they provide horrible customer service, and cannot retain key employee which have been a part of their company for numerous years. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE
