Had to give them a one star but they don't deserve that either... maybe a half star... depending on if my shipment ever gets to it's destination. Package shipped to wrong town in wrong province, they say it was because no postal code included on Pro bill. So I used Google Map and entered the address given on the Pro bill and it located the correct address immediately. I shipped on Dec 18 and as of today it has yet to be delivered. Went from Vancouver to Edmonton. Trying to file a complaint is impossible. Lots of infighting between departments. Very poor structure to manage credit card billings - take 45 minutes on average to book a pick up if you don't have an account. After continual poor service over the last few times I used them decided to never use again. Spent thousands of dollars on shipping already and THEY JUST DON'T CARE. A perfect candidate to be chopped up and sold off. Employees have low morale when I try to get answers and sales people openly acknowledge internal corporate failings resulting in extremely poor service. The CEO should have his credentials revoked and his behind kicked to the curb. Vision and Mission statement a joke. Must be tough to work there as an employee.

I did not choose this company for my delivery requirement. It was contracted by the company I purchased a product from. Was called and a delivery window was scheduled between 10 AM and 1 PM. When my delivery did not arrive on time, I placed a call to the office and was transferred to a manager. Of course, the manager was not in his office and it took more than 1 hour for him to return my call. He then claimed that my product was not even received by them until 2 days after the delivery was scheduled. (kind of interesting that they would schedule a delivery for an item they haven't received). Definitely not a company I would choose to use and for sure would NOT recommend ever.

Don't use canadian freightways.
I had goods shipped from vancouver to Calgary.they would not pay for my claim. i took them to court, they did not show, now i,m trying to get paid. Lots of games going on. I call it smoke and mirrors. Watch there are two companys. Canadian Freightways, and Canadian Frieghtways ltd. They say I've took the wrong company to court. My corasponance from them is from both companys.

We had a shipment of time sensitive materials scheduled to arrive January 3/09. It was three separate pieces (one of which was to be delivered to business partners, the other two to our office). One piece arrived on time, the other was lost in their warehouse and the third was sent out of province.

When asked about their 'ship-it-on-time' guarantee they said doesn't apply on holidays. I would not be quick to use them again.

Not only my shipment did not come when promised, it was damaged badly. (Leather furniture traveled from ON to AB, came with pieces of wood stuk into 2 of 3 pieces)
A claim was filed, but those people would do just anything not to pay you. They will make you fill like a complete idiot.
