U-Haul Moving & Storage at Welland Ave

Worse service ever!...I have never been so insulted in my life. I have been in the retail business for 25+ and if I ever spoke to a customer, the way the employee spoke to me I would have been terminated immediately. Yes I understand it is along weekend, and do.not expect immediate services, but when I am told point blank that they we're to busy to serve me and I could wait 10 minutes Houston we have a problem. Sadly, I wasn't the only customer treated this way...we went across the street to Canadian Tire and paid $3 more and heard 3 other stories of others being treated this same way at uhaul. So in conclusion if you like to wait endlessly and be insulted at the same time you must go to the Uhaul on Welland Avenue in St.Catharines and see the dark haired lady with the bad attitude. If you prefer being treated like a somebody, make sure you head over to the Canadian Tire...trust me when I say the extra $3 is worth it. Oh and if I am not clear enough I will never return to the uhaul rental for business what so ever....and that I can promise you.
