This may not be the review you're expecting to read. That is because I set up a storage locker and then 2 days later, my circumstances suddenly changed and I had to cancel it. The agency refunded my deposit and made both acquiring and cancelling my booking easy and painless during a stressful, difficult time. If I ever do need storage services in the future, I will call them first!

Kim and Rich greeted me with a friendly smile when I entered the office on a gloomy day. They certainly brighten my day. Very clean location and well maintained. I was in and out in no time with a storage location for my RV. It was a pleasure dealing with friendly and kind people.

The lady at access storage in Bridgewater was so nice and so helpful. She made everything very easy and was so friendly. When it was time to end our storage unit the process was so much easier than expected, the day after we emptied it out I called to advise them our storage unit was empty and she said she saw ours was emptied and had already discharged it for us
