Abel Tree Expert CO Ltd

I drive into London daily for work and during the past week while driving on Wonderland Road between the 401 and 402, there has been a large amount of debris left from Abel Tree Services machinery going through the ditches and into the farmers fields to remove the trees located there. I understand that the tires on large machinery pick up mud and stones in the process and that it is inevitable to a certain extent. Just as I know this to be fact, I also know it to be true that this debris can be limited, controlled and eliminated safely by someone who cares. I had a stone fly into my windshield in this location a few days ago and was not only concerned for myself but others who drive that road daily. I thought it couldn't hurt to contact the company, see if it might be an oversight, speak to someone there who may want to know about the situation. I actually got a call back from John Abel himself, I thought to myself, great I'm actually talking to someone who will care, someone who will see that large amounts of dirt, mud and stones in the 80 km/h, two lane zone where they are working poses a hazard... apparently I was wrong, John told me he thought I was nit picking, called me an asshole and hung up on me. Maybe he was having a bad day, I was honestly trying to help, not only him but others who may have their property or person harmed by this situation, I was polite and don't know what else I could have done or why I deserved to be spoken to in such a fashion. Or maybe he just doesn't care about the safety or personal property of other people...that is the impression I am ultimately left with. Hope this helps someone...
