Martour Travel

I chose to use this agency because I like to support local businesses, but I will never use them again. I booked a return trip from Toronto to Victoria, BC, and got there on May 1st, 2012. Some situations changed while there, and I decided to return from Vancouver. I tried to change it on the West Jet Website, but got a message saying that I should contact my travel agent. I tried again because I was in BC with my 416 Cell Phone and would rather use an 800 number; I got a customer service rep who refused to help me (after being on hold for 17 minutes) because my trip had been booked by an agent - OK - I give up! I phoned Martour - talked to Lourdes - who ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO CHANGE IT FOR ME - STATED I HAD TO DO IT THRU WEST JET! I finally contacted West Jet AGAIN (another 13 minutes on hold) and an understanding agent FINALLY changed it - this whole process took 3 hours!!!!
NEXT TIME I'll book on line and to hell with the local agent!
