We booked a 5 day cruise vacation through Marlin travel, in Walmart, Brampton. The travel agent Shereen Persaud, changed the flight reservation from Air Canada to a chartered flight on her own with out even informing us. No money refunded. Multiple phone calls, messages and email were never returned. More over, she lied to us about the available boarding time for the ship. Now we are just hoping to catch the ship, as the flight reaches very close to the boarding time of the ship. Stay away from this travel agent.
