Magic Carpet Travel Ltd

We were part of a destination wedding that booked through this agency. Too many mistakes occurred by Terri Lou Robert to mention all of them on here, but a few were, Booking an adult female guest as an infant, Telling the bride and groom that the wedding at the resort would be free if they had over a certain number of people booking, plus, taking money for an upgraded room, but not informing or paying the resort of the upgrade (causing Long distance/roaming charges ($2.00/minute) on my cell phone to try and correct the error, which was NOT corrected by Terry Lou). Upon return from this wedding, we've tried to reach Terry Lou and/or the owners, but still have yet to hear back from them (phone calls and a number of emails) Sadly we can't go in person as we aren't from Windsor. TERRIBLE customer service. Seems like once they got the money... they stopped caring!!! Sadly No One from this party will use this agency again!!!
