Kemp Travel

Booked travel package for our 25th wedding anniversary through kemp travel to Paris France with two of our adult children. Poor booking resulted in our two adult children, one female, to be in a room with one bed for 5 days. Kemp travel fully responsible for this failure to represent their clients. The trip was booked through Kemp with Transat. Ultimate disaster for our second leg of he trip was to Nice France and the room was a disgusting filthy smelly hole. Neither group would take responsibility for the transitivity.

Resulted in having to take both parties to small clams court.
