After a resort we booked for our family vacation through itravel recently changed their policy on allowing children, I had to call itravel to find another resort. Although the initial customer service rep made an error in my booking change that left me in a worse spot than I should have been, they escalated the matter to the sales manager who jumped through hoops to get me the deal I was entitled to. Although it took a couple weeks to get everything sorted out to my satisfaction, Angie (the sales manager) worked hard and escalated my issue to the right people in order to get me exactly what I wanted - THAT is what good customer service is all about.
