Scugog Transmission Ent

I recently had a differential replaced on my 2000 Toyota 4-Runner at Scugog Transmission only to discover they'd installed the wrong gear ratio. This became a major problem when I went to use the 4x4 as it wasn't functioning properly and could've caused major damage to the transfer case. When discussing this problem with Andre Faulkes his attitude was poor and not very helpful suggesting the problem was with the transfer case. Upon further investigation at Yorkdale Toyota it was determined that the wrong differential was installed at Scugog Transmission. In addition to lost revenue as a result of this problem, which was resolved by installing the correct differential, the stress of this experience was the worst part. There was plenty of opportunity to make this situation right but that time has past because he couldn't even accept any responsibility for this mistake. It's obvious to me Andrew and his establishment aren't the experts they claim to be and I'd recommend going elsewhere.
