They replaced both the master and slave cylinders on my vehicle. A little more than two months later the master began to leak. (The part was obviously defective.) Shepp's did not hesitate to replace the master cylinder without charge. I highly recommend Shepp's Transmission.

They do great work. Honest and reasonably priced. The guy who gave them a bad review needs to realize that Shepps can't guarantee a used tranny that they did not service before installing.

i brought my mustang tranny to get rebuilt and they did it...but it took 2 and a half months to get parts so i bought a used one so i wouldnt lose my summer...so all was good i got my freshly rebuilt one back and put it aside and just sold it the other day cause i didnt need it.....come to find out the tranny winding noise coming out of it so basicly they didnt fix nothing and now they have 2 unsatisfied customers... all they tell me is no warranty....bottom line is SHEPPS TRANSMISSION IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!
