From my perspective, this company has too much of a focus on sales and micro-managing its clients. Every meeting has surveys on which you are expected to put your name. This is a manipulative way to get people to respond positively out of fear of what their manager will do if they don't. It is a sales technique because they can take the surveys, show them to senior leadership and say your people are in agreement that you should do this or that. In addition, they have multiple meetings where they give the same information over and over again. The pretty much come in and take over your company, telling everyone how to do things. Their meetings are mandatory and they require you to come up with multiple committees to address various subjects. We had committees to address a "problem" we had just overcome through another problem solution model. CLS apparently does have a history of helping increase satisfaction scores which is the only reason I gave them any stars.
