Games-A-Lot

I just want to say this is a store that is terrible at customer service - ordered a game - asked price was quoted price - so did not buy game at other places, for the same price or a bit less, because had one coming in - when I went in to pick up game and it was checked at the cash the game came up - $15.00 more than what I was quoted - so questioned the cost - the lady who ordered the game came out from the back and threw the game on the counter saying that the price must have gone up, but she would (not willingly) give me the game for the quoted price - then 2 girls that were staff could not be quiet - and with other customers behind me in line and shopping in the store - told me to have a merry christmas and that I was robbing the store blind - i was appalled - the young boy waiting on me said it was not my fault - but the girls could not stop - telling me how awful I was to rob the store like that - I hope no one else ever has to go through an experience like that and would definately not recommend this store to anyone - I work retail and know if you don't have customers you don't have a job - the people in this store - not including the young boy - were terrible ------never shop this store-------
