Put winter tires on my car and didn't put on the hub cabs! Said they couldn't do it for some reason. I have had them put on ever other year at other tire places. They where to check to see if I need an wheel alignment. They called and said it would cost 500.00 to fix my alignment. I decided to get it checked out from another place. Fountain tire gave me the print out of there alignment check and it was all in the aloud reading. My mechanic rechecked and found I did not need an alignment at all. Thank heavens I went with my gut and didn't give them 500.00. Will never go there again!

When I phoned to book an appointment for new tires I also wanted a tune up done, i was given a quote for the tires and was told someone would call be back with a price for the tune up. Two days before the appointment no one had called with the quote yet so I called them and was told there was no work order for the tune up and they didn't have time to do one! Fine, I asked if they could at least do an oil change and was told maybe. I decided if they couldn't even book an appointment properly I probably didn't want them working on my car anyways. I dropped off my car the night before the appointment so I could get it back earlier in the day, after all I waited 9 business days for the appointment. When I called to be sure my tire were filled with nitrogen and asked when my car would be ready I was told my car would be fit in sometime that day?? What the point of having an appointment if work is done when ever. I was also given a new quote at that time. When my car was done late that afternoon I went to pick it up and low and behold the price was more than the other two quotes! When questioned about this the person I was dealing with got all flustered and couldn't tell me why. The tires are good though,
