Even I don't want to give them any star. Worst service provided by the store. They are sitting there to cut your pockets. Big big cheaters. I was going to fix a small problem in my car. They said u have to pay 250$. I said ok than they said change the engine seal, breaks are also not fine. So all together they charged me 850$. Was waiting to get my car back for two days. When I get my car back I find the main problem is still like same even it is worst than before. Now it's almost one month I try to contact them so many times. But they have no time to fix my problem.

Good garage to go to if you have a new car or one thats 20 years old.
Family and friends I know keep going back.
Tires, oil changes, or major repairs.
If my vehicle ever breaks down I would tell them to tow it to this garage.
Give it a try.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tiresmart for aprox 15 years. There are many reasons I keep going back but the most important one to me is there honesty. I have been to many dealerships and mechanics and always felt as a woman walking in they thought I was an easy target to rip off, something that Raheim and Ray have never made me feel. I have referred many friends and family and have felt confident having them go there because I know they would be treated with respect and honesty. Over the 15 years they have gone over and beyond for me and my family. Having a daughter driving now I know any issues they are our first phone call. I feel safe knowing that any issues I have with my vehicles it will be taken care of. Thanks Tiresmart!

DON'T GO THERE. I work out at Good Life Fitness which is 5 minutes walk from their shop.I had no heat in my car so I decided to have my car fixed there while I worked out.They told me I needed a new thermostat $160 + tax.I said OK and went to work out. After working out I went back to pick up my car.They said it was fixed and the heat was good now.I paid them the $160 and left their shop to start my car.And still no heat.Right there in their parking lot, no heat.I went back inside and told them the problem is nor fixed.The mechanic came out ,put a thermometer in the heat fan and said that now I needed a water pump.WHAT? what about the $160 I just spent I said. They told me that they have to proceed by elimination at my own expense until they find out the real cause of the problem.I was furious.That's not right.They can't replace the thermostat at will without knowing for sure that is the problem.They have run a diagnostic first instead of guessing what might be the problem and then charge the customer for the work , work that did not fix anything. I was furious.I screamed and yelled.I refused to leave the store.I even called the police. The officer came and said he understood.He sympathized but he said there was nothing he could do.He said I had to take them to small claims court.And I will.....but DON'T GO THERE. don't give them a chance to do this to someone else

I wouldn't even give them a one! I visited this auto mechanic for a couple repairs it’s wasn’t till I took my car to another mechanic did I realize the lack of service and the shady business they conduct. Firstly I had my tires changed from summer to winter tires; when changing them back to summer I could not remove my lug nuts as they were so stripped from my last visit at Tiresmart. Secondly I went for a simple oil change, after several months past it was time to do another. The bolt which they put back into my oil change plug was so stripped I could not take it out before having a bolt to replace it with. When I returned to ask them about these issues they blamed it on the age of my car, and insisted they would not do that. Which is simply not possible as they were the last ones to touch my car. Not once did I receive a phone call offering to fix these issues while the car was with them, which I would have gladly done to ensure my safety. The lack of services, shadiness of their business, and lack of customer service I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Clearly they are more concerned with making a buck than the safety of their customers.
