On the Rim Again Tires

Do not deal with this "buisiness". Firstly, the guy I dealt with was extremely rude on the phone with me. I not only was overdue for replacement tires, I had a flat that needed to be replaced ASAP as I needed the car for work and it was nearing the end of the buisiness day. When I went there , the same guy was even more rude to me to the point where I actually called him out on it and it didn't even help much. I really don't understand how they manage to stay open with the level of "custermer service". I was quite surprised at how rude this employee was, and the rest of the employess did nothing to stop his insulting behaviour. It was as if he didn't want my money. The tires were essentially factory take offs in good condition, but he abused my car by aggressively dropping it from all the jacks instead of letting them down slowly. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in my almost 40 year life, concerning ANY PURCHASE EVER!
