Kal Tire

I had a nail punctured on one of my tires on my truck so I brought it in to them for the normal plug and patch. I waited well over an hour and the guy came back and told me it was not repairable... I said it looks repairable as it was not punctured anywhere near the sidewalls but he told me some B-S about cracks on the tire that they were not able to stretch it any more without compromising the wear of the tire...WTF!? They tried selling me a brand new tire - same brand same size and I was not having that at all. I told them forget it. Then that's when they told me they were not going to mount the tire back on the rim for safety reasons and they do not want to be held accountable if anything happened (pretty much sour they couldn't sell me a new tire.) I told them to put on my spare and I'll take the tire and rim elsewhere. They did just that and I went to another Kal tire on portage where they patched and repaired the tire with no problems at all!!!! Never going back to that location again. Just a a bunch of scammers.
