I got pulled over months ago for talking on my cellphone while driving. I was NOT on my phone at the time NOR was it in my hands! I showed the COP ( he was a very rude man ) my phone incoming and outgoing calls to prove I was not on my phone! I was INFACT fixing my ear ring hoop because it had come open in my ear! The COP gave me a ticket anyways. I tried to dispute it through you people with proof from my phone provider that i was NOT on my phone. YOUR reply was to deny me for disputing my ticket. your response was "the offense is having the phone in hand." I would like to know how it was in my hand if i was fixing my ear ring??? Good job guys!
