I had a very unfortunate experience involving Nathan and Justin from this store. Without going into too much detail, they were both very aggressive and did not care about helping me. They mentioned that they were a union shop and things we're ran differently than most auto shops. Tim, the owner was unfortunately off at the time. Surely he is more competent than these two.
