I had very bad experience with Canaroma store. Here is caddish personal, over priсe goods. Unfair terms to customers. Will never recommend the store to anybody. In Canaroma works no refund and returns policy. If you going to buy some stuff in Canaroma take your tools and check quality and measurement in store. Do not pay before you get your purchase. I have to give them a star, but in my experience they do not deserve any.
Thank you for apologies. That's right you have rules on invoice which I get after payment and nobody advice me about rules before, but me and my husband ask sales representative twice about policy. And addition, by low I have a rights to return products which is not in good condition. I am a very sensitive person, and then my rights corrupted so rough, I get mentality problem. Know I have hard headache every day, because of Canaroma and have no idea when it will be stop, I have to take medicine. And you apologies to me seems like that's my fault to use your store. Fine, I accept that and tell everybody do not repeat my mistake.
Our apologies if you feel your experience with Canaroma was an unfavourable one.
Without knowing the true nature of the issue it is difficult to address.
Canaroma has been proudly serving clients in the tile / bath business for 40 years and comes highly recommended by designers, builders and architects.
We have one of the largest showrooms and widest selection of great quality products at several price points.
Our delivery and returns policy are clearly stated on our invoices and it is definitely a good idea to read the policy so there are no surprises.

Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. Their customer service is so unprofessional in dealing with issues. My sales representative had made mistakes twice and would not accept responsibility for it. These mistakes had cost us significant overcharges from our contractor and plumber, in order for them to return three times to rectify this incorrect order issue Canaroma's sales rep just kept making. Being in the construction industry for 40 years as a manufacturer myself in the Vaughan area, I strongly suggest better customer service and a more knowledgeable team. Furthermore, it was unfortunate that I called twice and a manager never seemed to be in the facility when an issue had to be addressed. I know there are ample bath and tile stores in Vaughan and Toronto to choose from and unfortunately, this is not one that I can recommend. Very disappointing!!

We in fact contacted your contractor and with the assistance of our local supplier were successful in determining the issues with resolution.
Unfortunately you were unable to speak with a manager at the time, but with a little patience he would have returned your call. We would then have had an opportunity to explain with an open dialogue on how much attention and how devoted the CANAROMA team was in resolving the problem rather than posting your displeasure with CANAROMA on social media.
Granted there are some unforeseen issues that may arise with some complex installations. We are always focused and willing to assist our cherished clients to the best of our ability.
There were many steps and precautions taken to resolve the issues as timely as possible. We worked with our suppliers diligently and managed to secure the necessary parts for the install.
We too have been in business for 40 years and our highly experienced Sales Team is extremely well versed with a wide array of product lines and are always committed to taking the necessary steps to rectify any issues and address the concerns respectively and professionally.

We are in the process of building a new home. We were introduced to Anthony by our designer. He was extremely helpful to say the least. Working with us go give us many options to fit our budget. I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for the finer things in life!
