Hurricane Covers

Frank is a character. He does not yield easily.. or at all. I am one of his client & Frank was late in delivering. When pressed, he never returned my calls. nnBut then he came, he delivered and his work is first class. The quality is so good that his work will appear for what it is... inexpensive over his life time.nnI expressed my discontent with the delay but I believe I understand Frank well and, despite his attitude, I honestly like Frank and his team very much.nn If you can deal with the character, I highly recommend `Hurricane Covers`. I gave him five stars for the quality of his product & work.
