Dismal service, there is nothing good I can say about these guys. 5 Weeks they have had my av receiver for repair under warranty. They never contacted me to let me know what was happening so I needed to keep calling them. Finally repaired but refused to send it back to me because they have somehow misplaced the invoice and only notified the retailer by email to resend the invoice. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? They made no mention of this when I had phoned them 2 days ago. They said I could bring them an invoice and pick it up, it's a 3.5 hour drive. Absolutely no regard for the customer. This AV receiver was over $2000, I've been without a sound system for over 5 weeks and they didn't care about any of my inconvenience. Very poor customer service and I will insist that if anything ever goes wrong with this piece of electronics again that the manufacturer needs to replace it or send it elsewhere. Horrible experience.

I took a stereo amp in that appeared to need the bias checked, since it was warming on one channel, but not the other. They charged a diagnostic fee. THen called and said for a total of $350 they would get it working properly and back within spec. I provided a schematic for the unit, and the mfr. is still in business in the Chicago area.

After a couple of weeks, I retrieved it and paid the bill. It took a couple of weeks to conclude that a) it was not working properly; b) the left channel was still heating. Back it went for another couple of weeks. Came back working much better. I checked the heat sinks for a month or so, and all seemed well. Didnt use it much, but a few months later (after their 90 day 'warranty" period) lo and behold, same problem---left heat sink warming. And even with volume at min., and no input or speakers connected.

They claim the unit isnt worth fixing. I called the manufacturer, who said that, if I could get the unit to Chicago, it would cost a maximum of $80 to put back to spec.

These guys dont know what they are doing. I got no used parts back. No description of the work to be done, or that was done. $350 out the door. DONT USE THEM.

I have an LG out of warrenty and LG was kind enough too cover the parts and all I had to do is cover labor, I schedualed a tech to come out and figure out what was wrong which costs $ 65.00 for 10 mins of work he indicated that the power supply was gone and that they would have too order the parts because its too expensive too have them in stock.

I waited about 4 days when a different tech came out too install the part he put it in but did not correct the issue and was told that they still could not fix the issue, and that too get it fixed faster they would take my tv and would call still nothing, and they state the parts are on order however no exact date was provided.

This company has horrible customer service and does not call you to keep you informed about what's going on or how long it may take, they simply give false dates and expect you too deal with it, the owners are very rude and do not care, I would suggest anyone needing repairs look else where, they will take your money and make you wait.

Excellent service, the best that it can be. Great and friendly people, they are very honest with the job they do, and believe me there are no lies and no extra hidden charges.
