Nothing but problems with Primus.
Had service with them at my original location, before I moved I called them to relocate my lines and insure I would have the same numbers etc. They checked and said "no problem" we will transfer your existing lines. They then provided service at the new place 3 weeks late, and provided new phone numbers. When I complained, they said my old numbers are gone, and not retrievable.
I complained and complained to no resolve. All my previous calls to insure I would not have this problem were useless. They lied to me. Had they told me I could not save my numbers I could have taken other courses of action to insure my desires were met. This opportunity was lost because Primus mislead me. Great customer service! This was not the first time Primus lied to me.
I have cancelled my services with them and gone elsewhere.

I signed up for Primus Nov 2008, I didn no recieve any services until January 2009! After being on the phone day after day and hearing "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do". I now have to move and called to let them know. They told me everythign was fine and I would have new service in the new place on the date I needed. Well, I have now been told I have to wait over a month for it tobe moved. Not only that but my service is styain in my previous apartment, meaning anyone can call anywhere and I have to foot the bill. But again "there is nothing we can doing about it" So, I have made a decision that I will do everything I possibly can to let the world know how horrible Primus Canada is! I hope to save many customers the hassle. You really do get less than you pay for with Primus. I'm going with Bell, they might be a little more expensive but less hassel and better customer support.
